PLANNING & DESIGN

what am i even paying you for?

I like to think of event planning as being broken down into 3 phases.

PHASE 1: Planning Basics & Contracting

We'll cover the five Ws together: who, what, where, when, and why. You may have heard "how" thrown in there too. That one's on me. It's literally what you're paying me for.

PHASE 2: Design Concept & Aesthetics

The fun stuff! Unless you hate this part, in which case, I'll make it quick and seamless for you because I have excellent taste.

PHASE 3: Logistics & Execution

This is where the "how" from earlier becomes very important. I've got you covered (both literally in case of rain and metaphorically speaking).

This is my circus. These are my monkeys. And YOU are the party animal - now go enjoy yourself!

INVESTMENT

Hiring an event planner costs money. Real money. Let’s not pretend otherwise.

But there are only so many days in your life when everyone you love is in the same room. You deserve to actually be there for those moments. Not running logistics. Not checking on the caterer. Not being the person who knows where everything is.

I focus on small to midsize events because that's where hosts get forgotten. The birthday, the anniversary, the brand launch party that matters more than it looks on paper. These are the events that quietly become a second job for the host and when things can quickly backslide from celebration to obligation. Yuck.

I'm not a hobbyist. I'm not here because I like pretty things (I mean, I do, but that's not the point I’m trying to make right now). I've spent over a decade doing this at the highest level and I chose to bring it here, to the events that I think deserve a little extra love.

Full-service planning, design, and coordination starts at $7,500 and scales with the scope of work. You show up. We handle the rest. If that sounds like exactly what you've been looking for, let's talk.
